This event is a part of the Rivanna Roots 2026 Concert Series, presented by The Front Porch and Rivanna River Company. Doors open at 5:30 pm and music runs from 6:30-9:30 pm. This is an outdoor show and all concerts are rain or shine.
$17. Children's tickets are free for kids 12 and under. Add a children's ticket for attendance tracking so the venue can get a better sense of attendance at Rivanna Roots!

Friends and collaborators since hitting the open mics of Oberlin Conservatory over 25 years ago. As a duo, they bring together their own musical styles to create a unique sound that fuses the alternative and folk music worlds.
Clara’s Bio:
Clara George was raised in the Rocky Mountains of Idaho. She holds degrees from Interlochen Arts Academy and Oberlin Conservatory of Music. She has won numerous awards as a classical oboist, and also performed on the Lilith Fair tour with her first band, Surrender Dorothy. She has performed with Sarah McLachlan, Martina McBride, and Sheryl Crow. She also serves as a hospice musician through a partnership between The Front Porch and Hospice Of The Piedmont.
